In this practice-oriented one-day workshop, you will learn the basics and methods of lean construction – and apply them directly using concrete examples from everyday construction work. Theory and practice are intertwined so that what you learn can be immediately implemented in your own project environment.

The workshop is currently offered on request and can be held at various locations in the DACH region – including Stuttgart, Frankfurt am Main, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hanover, Berlin, Munich, Dresden, Zurich, Graz, Vienna, and many more.

The workshop is suitable for individuals who want to deepen their knowledge of lean construction, as well as for entire teams who want to optimize their processes and collaboration in everyday construction projects.

 Participation fee: €750 per person plus VAT.
